Mixed media.

I can’t focus. I like to mix together a lot of things.
Most especially text from old books. Or entire pages.
I started this entire journey by tearing apart old dictionaries; I now have over a dozen. My current obsessions are an antique edition of Emily Post, a 1970s Intro to Philosophy, and didactic old children’s books.

heat made the air hazy

it seemed to be quivering
